3 Eligibility to Participate

The following conditions must be met to open an account at pknew:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Your registration must be entirely voluntary — not on behalf of any third party.
• You may not hold more than one account.
• You are not currently participating in any gambling addiction treatment program.

4 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds. A national identity card or other documents may be requested at a later stage for identity verification purposes.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• If multiple accounts operating from the same IP address or device are detected, all such accounts may be closed.
• After registration, verification of your email address or phone number is required.

5 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Change your password regularly and use a strong password. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• pknew will never ask for your password by email or chat.

6 KYC Verification

For the purpose of security and fraud prevention, pknew may request the necessary documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

7 Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds at pknew:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — the same for every payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited — the account must be registered in your own name.

8 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if account verification has not been completed.
• The relevant wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

9 Welcome Bonus

pknew offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x).
• For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳2,000 as a bonus. To withdraw the total ৳3,000 you will need to place ৳45,000 in bets.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• A user may claim the welcome bonus only once.

10 VIP Cashback Program

Regular users can benefit from our four-tier VIP program:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.1%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

You can move up through the tiers step by step through regular gaming activity.

11 General Bonus Rules

• All bonus offers apply for a specific period and may be changed or cancelled at any time.
• Bonuses may only be used for personal gaming — any form of bonus arbitrage is prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse through multiple accounts is found, all associated accounts will be cancelled.
• pknew reserves the right to make the final decision on granting or cancelling any bonus.

12 Fair Play Policy

13 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to betting on cricket, football and other sports. The following conditions must be followed for bets on all tournaments including BPL, T20, IPL, ICC and FIFA:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be cancelled and funds returned.
• Odds displayed in live betting are subject to change and the odds at the time the bet is accepted will apply.
• Any bet connected to match fixing or manipulation will be cancelled immediately.

14 List of Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating more than one account.
• Registering with false identity or information.
• Using a third party's funds or payment method.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage activity.
• Using automated software, bots or similar technology.
• Coordinating bets with other users (collusion).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Hacking or any technical attack on the platform's systems.

• If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.

19 Limitation of Liability

pknew will not be held responsible for the following:

• Any interruption to gameplay or bets due to internet disconnection.
• Issues related to the user's own device or network.
• Technical errors by third-party game providers (in such cases, bets will be voided).
• Service interruptions due to force majeure (unforeseen disasters, government restrictions).
